Poor Quasimodo is so ugly that only his mother likes him………until he meets the beautiful gypsy girl Esmerelda. Quasi helps Esmerelda escape from the evil mayor’s guard Jock and in return Esmerelda offers him her friendship. Quasi falls in love with Esmerelda but thinks she could never love someone as ugly as him. If only the legend of the Magical Golden Chalice was true as the chalice is his only hope of ever becoming handsome and winning Esmerelda’s heart. But Esmerelda teaches Quasimodo that it is a person’s heart and soul that makes them beautiful not how they look.
This is a funny yet heart-warming tale of greed, power, friendship and love and is packed full of wonderful characters such as Headless Harry the ghost of the belltower and Jock the
Croc the giant crocodile.
